H.O.P.E. is a non-profit, HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency that helps people and families find and keep housing that meets their needs. Our high quality, dependable services are designed to foster self-sufficiency and foster neighborhood stabilization in Prince George’s County and Southern Maryland. We also work to bridge the gap of awareness between Realtors, Non-Profits, and the Government to work collaboratively and support our communities.

Utility Relief Assistance Program offered from H.O.P.E. & Stone of Help CDC

Households that are at or below 80% AMI that have not received utility assistance from Prince George’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) are eligible for ONE-TIMEfinancial assistance payment per property address for past due electric, gas, or water bills up to $500. Applicants will need to contact H.O.P.E. for further details on how to apply for assistance.
